After viewing the google map I can see this building. But, it is not outside of Gate 19. It is North of the Residential duplexes where a Buddhist Structure is located. It would not have been visible from approaching or exiting through Gate 19 as was indicated in the original posting. I would surmise that people who lived in the residences could possibly see the top of this building if they somehow stood on a ladder along the perimeter fence. But, the road to this area is sandwiched North of the garrison perimeter fence and the South side of the Korean Ministry of National Defense. During my 53 years in Korea, that building was never pointed out to me. I am very familiar with Gate 19 and there was never an opportunity to see this bldg from my car as I drove in and out of Gate 19. Scott must have been walking in some of the small alleyways or roads adjacent to the perimeter wall to get this photo
